Mia was excellent. I so appreciated her teaching style and her encouragement. I feel like I am leaving with some actual knowledge, not just the ability to pass the test.

As you said to me many times, take the test as soon as possible after taking your test, I did just that. I was unable to schedule a date until January, so last Friday I "walked in" to the PSI testing location to see if I could get a seat. I ended up getting the last seat and I passed. I want to thank you, Gerry, and your staff at Millennium for the professionalism and dedication. The test itself was not an easy one and without your help and keen understanding of the process, I would have had a more difficult time with the test. I now look forward to expanding my knowledge base and have scheduled to take the Jump Start as well as the Property Management Seminar. If I could offer any advice to future students, it would be to heed your advice. If they just listen to you and your staff, they will pass with no problem. Look forward to working with you in the future.

I just wanted to thank the Millennium School of Real Estate for the very helpful attitude that I received when I took my Post License Course.  I was able to take the course with me, study on my own time and schedule the testing at my convenience and they worked around my schedule.

I plan to take all my real estate education through Millennuium in the future.

I'm Cheri LeTempt and I am a Realtor with Judy Boone Realty. I made “Rookie of the Year” for 2007 and I would like to thank Millennium School of Real Estate and Gerry Scott for teaching this old broad Real Estate as this is my second career. I really enjoyed learning through this school and Gerry was my teacher, she is very good, patient, fair, kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. I also did my post licensing hours with this school as I will do all my education requirements. I am also considering going ahead and starting my Broker classes and I wouldn't think about going somewhere else.
